Cloudku Cyber Protectionyour data can always come back.
Cloud backup for servers, PCs, virtual machines, and websites, built on Acronis technology. Unlimited devices, managed by the Cloudku team in Surabaya.
Data loss rarely comes with a warning.
Ransomware
Files are encrypted and held for ransom. Without a separate backup, the only choices are to pay or to lose the data.
Disk or server failure
RAID helps, but a failed controller, a fire, or two disks dying together can still wipe everything.
Accidental deletion
An important file is deleted or overwritten, and nobody notices for days.
Compromised servers
A website or server is infected and needs to be returned to a clean state from before the attack.
One service for every device you run.
A single console to manage backups across the office, from staff laptops to production servers.
Pay for capacity, not per device.
Monthly prices in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), as listed in the Cloudku portal. Need more capacity? Contact sales.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from RAID or server snapshots?
RAID protects against a failed disk, and snapshots usually live on the same server or storage. Both can be lost if the server is hacked, hit by ransomware, or fails completely. Cyber Protection keeps a copy in a separate cloud so your data can still be restored.
Which devices can be protected?
Workstations, servers, virtual machines, web hosting, and websites. There is no limit on the number of devices; you pay for the cloud storage capacity of your plan.
How much storage do I need?
Estimate the total data you want to back up plus room for older versions. Subsequent backups are incremental (only what changed) and compressed, so they are much smaller than the first one. Our team can help you size it.
What happens if I lose the encryption password?
Encrypted backups cannot be opened without the password, not even by the Cloudku team. Keep it somewhere safe, such as your company password manager.
Not sure which plan fits?
Tell us about your devices and data volume. The Cloudku team will help size the capacity and set up your first backup.
