1. Who we are

The websites cloudku.com and cloudku.id are operated by PT Menara Sinar Semesta (MSS Group), Jl. Koala Regency D-20, Semolowaru Bahari, Surabaya, Jawa Timur 60119, Indonesia ("Cloudku", "we"). We are the data controller for personal data collected through these websites.

This policy follows Indonesia's Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP).

This policy covers the websites only. Use of the Client Area and subscribed services at portal.cloudku.com is governed by the terms published there and by your service agreement.

2. Data we collect

a. Data you provide

When you submit the "Request a quote" form, we receive your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your requirements, and the page the form was sent from. Only name and email are required. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and message.

b. Technical data

• IP address and device/browser information, processed by our infrastructure provider to deliver pages, block attacks, and confirm that form submissions are not from bots (Cloudflare Turnstile).
• Aggregate visit statistics through Cloudflare Web Analytics, such as page views. It does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.
• Display preference (light/dark mode), stored in your own browser (localStorage) and never sent to our servers.

3. How we use data

• To respond to your quote request or question by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
• To prepare a proposal and, if you agree, turn it into a service contract.
• To keep the site secure by preventing spam, form abuse, and attacks.
• To understand aggregate site usage and improve content.

We process data based on your consent when you submit the form, on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and on our legitimate interest in securing the site. We do not sell your personal data, share it for third-party advertising, or add you to newsletters without separate consent.

4. Service providers

• Cloudflare, Inc.: content delivery, security, Turnstile verification, visit statistics, and delivery of form submissions to our sales mailbox.
• Our email provider: stores incoming email in the Cloudku sales and support mailboxes.

Cloudflare operates globally, so technical data may be processed outside Indonesia. We use providers with adequate data protection standards, in line with the cross-border transfer rules of UU PDP. We may also disclose data where required by law or by a lawful request from the authorities.

5. Retention

Form data is kept for as long as needed to respond to your request and manage any business relationship that follows. If no engagement follows, you may ask us to delete it at any time. Contract and billing records are kept for the periods required by Indonesian law, such as tax regulations.

6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. The form is protected by bot verification, submissions are delivered straight to our sales mailbox without being stored in a website database, and access to internal systems is limited to authorised staff. If a data protection failure affects you, we will notify you as required by UU PDP.

7. Your rights

Under UU PDP you have the right to be informed about the processing of your data; to access and obtain a copy of it; to correct or complete it; to request its deletion or the end of processing; to withdraw consent; to delay or restrict processing; and to object or file a complaint.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when our services or applicable regulations change. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version. The Indonesian version at cloudku.id/kebijakan-privasi prevails in case of any difference.
