These terms cover use of the websites cloudku.com and cloudku.id. Purchase and use of Cloudku services (IP transit, colocation, remote hands, VPS, and others) are governed by the terms at portal.cloudku.com and by the applicable service agreement.
1. Acceptance
These websites are operated by PT Menara Sinar Semesta (MSS Group). By using them you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the websites.
2. Product and pricing information
- Information on these websites is general and may change without notice.
- Prices and specifications that apply are those shown at portal.cloudku.com at the time of order. If there is a difference, the portal prevails.
- IP transit, colocation, and remote hands are offered on the basis of a written proposal from our sales team. Submitting a quote request creates no contractual obligation for you or for us.
3. Prohibited use
You agree not to disrupt, overload, or attempt to breach the security of the websites, forms, or our systems; access the websites automatically at scale (scraping, bots, or load testing) without written permission; submit false information, spam, or unlawful content through the forms; or use the websites for any activity that breaks the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We may restrict or block access that violates these terms.
4. Intellectual property
The Cloudku name and logo, design, text, images, and code of these websites belong to PT Menara Sinar Semesta or its licensors. You may quote reasonable excerpts with attribution and a link to the original page, but you may not copy the websites as a whole or use the Cloudku brand without written permission.
5. Third-party links
The websites link to our customer portal and to third-party sites, which have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cloudku is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of, or inability to use, these websites, including interruptions, inaccuracies, or data loss. Liability for paid services is governed by the applicable service agreement.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The parties will first seek to resolve any dispute amicably. The Indonesian version at cloudku.id/syarat-penggunaan prevails in case of any difference.

We may change these terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page, with the update date shown above.
