Cyber Protection · Disaster Recovery

A recovery plan that has actually been tested.

Failover to the cloud

Run servers in Acronis Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or a hybrid setup when your primary site is unavailable.

Test without disruption

Automated, scheduled test failovers, for example monthly, to make sure your recovery plan really works.

Recovery runbooks

Automate failover steps and set the order in which servers come up during a disaster.

Secure connectivity

Site-to-site or point-to-site VPN so users can still reach systems after failover.

Clean recovery points

Failing over to a clean recovery point helps prevent ransomware reinfection.

Incremental failback

Once the primary site recovers, only changed blocks are sent back while systems keep running.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between backup and disaster recovery?

Backups are copies used to restore systems. Disaster recovery also provides the compute capacity to run those systems while your primary site is down.

Which workloads are supported?

Windows and Linux servers, physical or virtual, including Hyper-V, VMware vSphere, Proxmox, Nutanix, and more, plus applications such as Exchange, SQL Server, SharePoint, and Active Directory.

Can we test it without affecting production?

Yes. Test failovers run automatically and can be scheduled without affecting production systems.

How do I order Disaster Recovery?

Disaster Recovery is available on request. Contact the Cloudku team, tell us what you need, and we will prepare a quote.

Who provides support?

Cloudku is an Acronis service provider. First-line support is handled directly by the Cloudku team.
